TableForge subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your plan until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for voluntary cancellations — you've paid for the month and you keep access for the month.
We consider prorated refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Common situations where we'll work with you include:

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@tableforge.gg before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We'll resolve legitimate billing issues quickly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
The free tier is free — no charges, no refunds needed. If you were on a trial and were charged unexpectedly, contact us and we'll make it right.
