By accessing or using TableForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service in any way.
TableForge is an AI-powered Dungeon Master platform for tabletop roleplaying games. The Service includes AI narration, rules adjudication, campaign management, character creation tools, scene illustrations, and related features for hosting and participating in tabletop RPG campaigns.
The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TableForge cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian permission to use the Service.
You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
TableForge offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Campaign hosting: The subscription belongs to the campaign host. Other players in a hosted campaign do not need their own paid subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months on voluntary cancellations.
Disputes & chargebacks: If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or cancel your subscription and access to the Service. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@tableforge.gg before initiating a dispute.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including character descriptions, campaign notes, and messages you send during gameplay ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant TableForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where copies have been made in backups or shared with other users who have not deleted them.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, without notice or refund.
TableForge hosts multiplayer campaigns where real people play together. How players treat each other matters. By using the Service, you agree to treat other players, campaign hosts, and TableForge staff with basic respect.

We take reports of player misconduct seriously. If you experience harmful behavior from another user, please contact us at support@tableforge.gg. We reserve the right to investigate and act on reports at our discretion.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate narration, story content, images, and other game material. This content is generated automatically and may be unpredictable, inconsistent, or occasionally inappropriate despite our safeguards.
AI content is not advice. Nothing generated by the AI Dungeon Master constitutes legal, medical, financial, or any other professional advice.
Accuracy: The AI may produce inaccurate information about rules, lore, or real-world subjects. Do not rely on AI-generated content for matters requiring accuracy.
Ownership: AI-generated content produced within your campaigns is provided to you for personal use within the Service. We do not claim it as our intellectual property, but we also cannot guarantee its uniqueness or that similar content has not been or will not be generated for other users.
The Service, including its design, software, trademarks, and non-AI content, is owned by TableForge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us through the contact page. Upon account deletion, your personal data and campaign content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, with no refund. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees on a prorated basis for the unused portion of your current billing period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SECOND ORDER VENTURES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any content generated by the AI that you find objectionable or inaccurate.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECOND ORDER VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms at this URL and updating the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
